Delete your account and cloud data

You can request deletion without installing SaveVo. Email zeeiuuofficial@gmail.com from the email address used for your SaveVo account, with the subject SaveVo account deletion. Do not include passwords, tokens or cookies. We may verify ownership before acting and aim to complete verified support requests within 30 days.

Deletion removes your SaveVo account, profile, cloud playlists and their items, followed channels, notifications and preferences. Downloaded files and download history on your device stay intact. Your Google account, YouTube content and separate device download session are not deleted.

In an updated SaveVo app, you can also delete the account immediately from Settings → Account → Account settings → Delete account. Provider backup/security logs may remain for their limited retention periods; they are not restored to active use. See the privacy policy for details.
