Local files and media sources

Downloaded files, download history, storage choices and playback settings stay on your device. SaveVo does not upload those files or your download database to its account backend. When you request a link, browse a website or load artwork, the relevant website receives the network request, including your IP address and the requested URL. Its own terms, cookies and privacy policy apply.

An optional YouTube download session is encrypted using Android's device security. Its cookies stay on the device and are supplied only to the relevant YouTube/Google websites for your requested operation. They are not uploaded to SaveVo's account backend, put in download history, or shared with advertisers. You can disconnect this session in Download Settings. App Google sign-in and this website session are independent.

Optional SaveVo account

If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, name, email and profile image. Supabase processes authentication and stores your SaveVo profile, cloud playlist names/descriptions, playlist item metadata and source links, followed public creators, preferences and media notifications. This enables account, playlist and followed-channel features. Account credentials are kept in encrypted platform storage; Google manages its own authorization tokens. SaveVo does not receive your Google password.

If you separately connect YouTube, SaveVo requests read-only access to your YouTube channels, subscriptions and playlists after your consent. This data is used to display your requested account views. Google API tokens are not passed to the media downloader or advertisers. Disconnect YouTube in the account screen to stop API access; revoke the complete app grant in your Google Account permissions if desired. SaveVo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This is a data-use commitment, not permission to download content contrary to a provider's rules.

Advertising and consent

The 1.0.5/code 6 release candidate has advertising disabled. An ad-enabled release uses Google's AdMob and User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from IP), device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain security. An age-range choice is stored only on the device, without collecting a birth date. Unknown-age and under-16 users receive no ad or UMP requests. Eligible teen requests use Google's restricted teen treatment; ads use general-audience content limits and non-personalized requests. Where required, UMP offers consent or opt-out choices before ad requests. Consent does not control the availability of your existing local files. Ad privacy options in Settings let you revisit the choices where Google requires that entry point. SaveVo does not add downloaded files, submitted media links, Google account details, YouTube API data or session cookies to ad requests. No live ads are used for testing. Sharing, security and international processing

SaveVo does not sell your personal data. Google and Supabase process the information described above to provide their services. Supabase hosts the account project in the EU (Paris); its subprocessors and Google's services may process data in other countries subject to their safeguards. Account traffic uses HTTPS and database ownership controls. Ordinary HTTP media links, if you choose one, do not provide the protection of HTTPS. No security measure is an absolute guarantee. Retention and account deletion

Cloud account data is kept while your account exists. Settings → Account → Account settings → Delete account permanently deletes your SaveVo account, profile, preferences, cloud playlists/items, follows and notifications, and revokes its sessions. It does not delete your Google account, change your Google/YouTube content or erase downloaded files and device download history. Cloud-only playlist descriptions and ordering are lost. You can remove local history or files separately using their existing controls.

You can also request account deletion without reinstalling the app at https://savevo.vercel.app/delete-account or email zeeiuuofficial@gmail.com with the subject "SaveVo account deletion" from the account's email address. We may verify ownership before acting. We aim to complete verified support requests within 30 days. Do not send passwords or cookies. The self-service path removes the live account immediately when successful. Provider backup/security logs may remain for their limited retention periods; they are not restored to active use. Records legally required to be retained, if any, are restricted to that purpose. Ad/device data held independently by Google is governed by its privacy controls. SaveVo keeps no separate archive of deleted account content.

Age and your choices

SaveVo targets ages 13 and older and is not intended for children under 13. Where local law requires parental permission, obtain it before using account or advertising features. Contact us if a child has provided personal data. You may use Guest, sign out, disconnect YouTube, revoke Google permissions, change available ad privacy choices or request account deletion. You may also contact us about access, correction, export, objection or other applicable privacy rights, or contact your local data protection authority.
